well a buddy an I took the advice from you an put in for tags in a unit not so popular. next to a hot spot for big bulls. anyways we drew an got nice bulls 350ish. well my brother got it last year long story short. bull down! now 3 years gone by an guess who drew again. this time is a little more special ill have my dad with me he also drew! this is going to be his first big bull hunt. would take "EHJ" advice any time.THANKS

That goes to show you that not applying for those "primo" units can be a good thing.
This bull that my bro got in AZ came fron a unit that is listed as "limited opportunity" because there are so few elk and is an area not many people want to hunt, it's also bull or cow. It is directly across the road from one of the "premium" units in AZ that takes years and years to draw.DSCN1210 - Copy.jpg
