Would love to hear your recipe. We eat quite a few ducks every year and always looking for new ideas.
I just rub them with a little salt and pepper and cook for 1 1/2-2 hours at 300-325. I’ve been toying with the idea of brining them first. They get crispy skin and great flavor on the pit boss
