I've had to put taking the hounds up in the mountains on hold, have taken care of a few rattlers already, seen several bull snakes but leave them be. Just from what I've seen this is gonna be a very high snake year. I've always seen tons of rattlers north of I80 so I'd hate to be crawling around up there chasing say, antelope!
Gee I feel somuch better now. HAHAHAHAHA!!!

A BIG rock or LONG branch works fine, I'm the guy packing a full sized shovel everywhere tho!

I got some quality entertainment this evening from my mother in law. Was watching her drive up the driveway and saw a snake go across in front of her. She put a tire over it and it crawled off on the edge. She busted out of the Yukon and fired 10 warning shots with the Glock then ran up to the house to grab a .22 and 9 shots later the chicken snake had been dispatched.
