We got one last week here in Nv. Hard hunt. The unit my buddy drew has low numbers but we were able to get him a nice one.

Yup it's 700 BDL in .270 circa 1983. I used Nosler 130 grain ballistic tips and they worked great.

Older guns, especially quality ones, still work fine. I have a Ruger M77 (tang safety) in 25-06 that I bought new in 1970 that I use as my go to gun for deer & antelope. I have probably killed 100 or more deer & antelope with it and it still shoots moa groups.
