SE MT Conditions - as good as WY this year?

Are conditions in SE MT as good as in WY this year?

I drove around WY in early June and I have never seen it so green in summer. I hoping MT Region 7 has been blessed with good rainfall as well. Looking for a nice mulie this fall.

Not sure but the deer numbers have been waaaay down the last couple of years in se Montana where I hunt. Hopefully the numbers start coming back soon.

EHD should be almost nonexistent this year with high water levels- should give them a chance to bounce back a little I hope. A large percentage of Nebraska deer dies from EHD 2 years ago and again more died last year. I'm guessing it will take a few years.
