Here's a few photos of my scouting trip this morning for my wife's deer tag in Nv. Found a few real unique bucks.

The one on the right has a brow tine coming out of his head. If you look close you can see his left eye is a bit lower then the right. His base is massive on his left.

This one on his left side has a beam with a eye guard on the front and one on the back. At the top there is three little points. The pic stinks I'll try and post the video.

This one is my number one so far I hunted him last year but he gave me the slip.

This is him from last year hard horned. He was 32" wide last year and he's about that now.

been an awesome year for antler growth with all those greens, I cant wait to see what fall unfolds. i'm surprised you guys are greened up like that though. BONUS. weve had some crazy hot temps but enough rain producing thunderstorms to keep things perfect.

Pretty much the same here. 100 degree temps with lots of crazy thunder storms. It is going to be a amazing horn growth year.

That's exciting you have so many pics of him. Hope you guys have an enjoyable hunt together and are able to finally get him hanging in the house. Good luck. Thanks for sharing the pics

Awesome bucks!!! Looks like a great area too. We had a tag a few years ago in the 7 unit, 70's. Saw a few great bucks, and one GIANT 2point, probably 28+ wide. My friend was 1 second away from pulling the trigger when he turned his head and he was only a 2 point. We had a week of hunting left and held off. That ended up being the biggest and best buck we say the rest of the hunt. We did see a few small 20" 4 points too, but nothing like the GIANT 2. Good luck on hunt!!!

Great pictures! Curious, did you find the big 3 point in the same general area?
Yes pretty much in the same place as last year. As soon as they rub the Velvet off they disappear. Also it was 80 degrees and a full moon the whole week I was there hunting. I found him about a mile or so as the crow flys from where he was all summer with some does rutting but my season was over. I have a idea on where he might go now after he rubs. It's some steep nasty country with plenty of juniper trees, I just need to get a few friends to help me locate him in that thick steep country.

IKIC,
Good photos of some nice bucks. That monster 3 point needs a new home on your wall this year, he's a beauty! Good hunting to your wife and you this season.
