If this buck had heavy mass he would really score well. That high prong and his horn shape are awesome. I would guess his length closer to 15.5 or 16. You gain a lot of length in that curl. His average mass will keep his score down but a beautiful buck none the less. My guess is 76-78.

Very pretty buck. I look for deep curls like that for the same reason that Hilltop said, but he's not very heavy and won't score too high. He looks young, his face is light.

Congrats, I guess I underestimated his score. I thought Hilltop's score was dead on. Good buck!

I can see why he's over 80. Probably had the 3 mass measurements below the prong, so the mass carried well and he got w couple extra " of mass. Awesome buck

Can you post his measurements when you get time?

I'm just about to give up trying to field judge them. 6 inches on 12 measurements is not a lot.

Wow- he has a lot more mass than I thought from the video. After seeing the pictures I think I was missing 6+" of mass and maybe a little on length. 16.5"? Great buck-Congratulations!

Yep, the video's don't do him justice. Very nice buck, I would love to see the scoring sheet too so I can better understand how the scoring is done.

No way that buck gets 3 measurements under the prong for Boone and Crockett....SCI maybe, but not Boone. Great buck either way...I got 77-78 after the drying period...antelope lose the most.
