In my other life when I was gainfully employed, I had several hundred engineers and staff working for me. I had an engineer who was injured in a motorcycle wreck and paralyzed from the waist down. He had a catheter with a bag strapped to his leg. He didn't really take good care of it (and himself) and it really smelled. His Lead Engineer was afraid to say anything and I got lots of complaints. Finally had to have a closed door meeting with him and explain the situation. He basically told me to "f*#k off. Finally had to go to employee relations and he was eventually sent to counseling.....didn't come back to my area after that.Id let the supervisor know and buy a lysol plug in. And if still nothing put a clothes hanger on your nose and hose her down with febreeze.
Hopefully you're still gainfully employed?!got called in to hr this morn, meeting them at 10...... ugh oh
