Id let the supervisor know and buy a lysol plug in. And if still nothing put a clothes hanger on your nose and hose her down with febreeze.
In my other life when I was gainfully employed, I had several hundred engineers and staff working for me. I had an engineer who was injured in a motorcycle wreck and paralyzed from the waist down. He had a catheter with a bag strapped to his leg. He didn't really take good care of it (and himself) and it really smelled. His Lead Engineer was afraid to say anything and I got lots of complaints. Finally had to have a closed door meeting with him and explain the situation. He basically told me to "f*#k off. Finally had to go to employee relations and he was eventually sent to counseling.....didn't come back to my area after that.

Really hard to do, but like I was told many times...It comes with the territory, deal with it.

My wife has almost no sense of smell excepting some odd citrus smells. She is really self conscious about it, because she knows that if something is wrong, she wont catch it. (Not great for me or bystanders when the kids were in diapers, good for her though :) ).

I mention this simply because she really may not know. She might simply not care, but its possible she has no idea, especially if she lives alone and does not have anyone close enough to her to fess up.

Good luck on the meeting.
