If that is the same story I just read about, he was finally set up in a sting like operation with a couple informants. I am sure if there was actionable info, they'd have moved much quicker. Odds are he danced in the gray areas of the law and the First Amendment. Just keep in mind you can't have it both ways, either we take our constitution and associated amendments seriously, even the parts we dislike, or we do not. Free speech and probable cause are among the operative issues in this case (1st & 4th Amendments). It can make for some seemingly nonsensical actions on the part of law enforcement for sure, but I'd not have it any other way. I say Kudos for nailing the nut case and staying within the law so the prosecution can put him away.
