Sandy Hook families settle with Remington marking 1st time gun maker is held liable for mass shooting

it is a sad state of affairs this nation has slipped into.

but if they settled .... were they really held liable?????????

still, it is a sad president and I expect many more lawsuits are coming. I pity the car manufacturers when their evil cars go on a killing spree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would really like to feel sympathy for the families of sandy hook.
and there was a time I did.
now I feel nothing but hatred and rage for them for what they've caused ! they are no better then the shooters who took their loved ones as they just robbed us all.

but I do pray that they might one day see the damage their grief and lack of rationality has caused to our freedoms.

At this point it doesn’t matter because everyone that thought they should be held liable will take this as a win and it will continue now.

Did this possibly get settled because of Remingtons bankruptcy?

That's just what I was thinking when I saw that they settled.

Most times when this happens there is no fault on the the sued parties part

yeah. pretty sad state this world is in!

even those who don't care either way will see this as a win for the antis. and they should. because it is!

whether they were found at fault or not is irrelevant. the lie will be repeated throughout the media that they were.
we live in a world were a lie told enough becomes the truth.

I don't know all the details, but I suspect it was settled less because of Remington's bankruptcy and more because insurance companies would rather settle and raise prices then fight in court and possibly lose millions.
