Sorry HPD. This bill is dead now. But it will be revisited by the Legislature at a later date. Eli Bebout said that it isn't over. I think he believes after the Republicans get firmly seated in Washington, he'll have a better chance of it succeeding, and that all the folks who were up in arms over the transfer will get complacent and forget about it. He's a weasel.

The way things go in Wyoming's citizen( read rancher/agriculture top heavy) legislature. I have some serious reservations about the fat lady singing, or even getting ready to yet. Keep an eye on Bebout/Miller/Hicks/Stubson...they have little regard for Wyoming's sportspeople, they cater to their campaign donors and fat cat friends.
