They will be still protected here in Colorado even if all the states around Colorado have hunting seasons for them.So if it does pass and the federal government no longer have wolves protected what is going to happen ?? I am really curious.
I predict they will be releasing wolves in colo by 2022. likely sooner. The vote was FOR = 1,412,507 ; AGAINST = 1,402, 820 DIFFERENCE is 9,687 votes.
The ballot language requires the P & W Department to conduct a study on how to procede. My guess is that it will be several year before any releases occur. I have also heard that there will be another petition circulated to change it back to no wolves in Colorado.
We'll see.................
I can. now an elk and a moo cow is a different story.I cant tell the difference between a wolf and a coyote. I bet you a lot of other people cant either. I hope they put pink collars on them.
Citidots the down fall of this once great country. Just look at the country wide voting by county. Such a small amount of area in this country is in control.Denver, Boulder & Colorado Springs is where all the votes for this disaster came from!
I know how you feel, Cowboy, Portland pretty much controls us.....here in OregonDenver, Boulder & Colorado Springs is where all the votes for this disaster came from!

It's not just the bigger cities anymore. I live in Eagle County where Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts are located at. This area has been blue for a long time now. It is the same with Aspen to the south of me and Steamboat to the north. They are all a solid blue.I know how you feel, Cowboy, Portland pretty much controls us.....here in Oregon
that's a good thing . maybe they will finally stop running. It's not just the bigger cities anymore. I live in Eagle County where Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts are located at. It's to the point that a country boy has nowhere to run anymore.
