My five year old and I headed out this morning and first stand shot a double. The next stand 15 min into it he was getting cold and wanted to go bank to the truck so got up and seen one coming right in from behind us. No chance on getting that one. Next stand bumped one on the way in and over the hill he went. Try to call but never had one come in. He had a great time this morning so that's all that matters.

Wow...wish we had that deal going around here. I saw at least one coyote per pheasant hunt this year and many times two or three. They are just way too many dogs and with fur prices being down not many people are hunting them.

Yeah I'm sure there will be a lot more people out hunting them now and I hope there is. There are a lot of them and if I keep hitting it hard I will be able to pay for some tags this year.

Ya the yotes are pretty thick out here. Havent had time to get out since December for them. Now with the snow and low temps it should be getting good right before the mating season.
