Looking for areas or outfitters for prairie dog hunting in South Dakota or Wyoming somewhat close to Interstate 90. Not partial to anything, just looking for a couple days of fun with my father. Thanks.

I've killed 5 here on my place with my shotgun in the last 2 days....hate those little bast#*ds. Lots of them here in SW Colorado this year.

They are everywhere around mobridge, if you made it this far let me know i can put you on as many as you want. I thinks where ever you go you won't have a problem shooting dogs. Most people let you hunt them on private land, around here anyways

When we were with Bighorn outfitters last year, a lot of the guys hunting goats were spending time everyday smashing dogs in the towns on the ranches they had access to. THey are settin up a nice little place in Buffalo bout a 1/4 mile off the freeway. Some of there properties are very close to buffalo and i90 and 25. Check em out. We hunted with Rich for elk but Dustin was doing a lot of the goat hunting. THey are both good guys.

You shouldn't have to pay or have an outfitter for prairie dogs. Look for a town and knock on some doors.
Big thanks to Retterath and his family for showing us a great time in South Dakota. We had constant shooting Sunday afternoon and Monday morning. Only bad thing was the WIND. It was about 30-40 mph sustained the whole time. Definitely didn't help the shooting confidence, but we killed quite a few and had had a blast and your hospitality was well appreciated. I hope to return the favor some day.
