I got them back! They did every thing they said!!! They are like brand new. I cant day enough about lowa. My boot soles were not only out, the rubber band had shrunk so i couldnt even get my feet i to them. They are awesome now!! It took a little bit of time considering they went by ship to europe and were hand rebuilt, they customer service was top notch. They told me about 3 months, and thats about what it took. Well worth the 85 bucks.
That's pretty awesome. I just had my Tibet GTX's start leaking on me and I can tell the sole is getting pretty worn down. Are they able to get them back to being waterproof when they resole them? I've waxed mine religiously, but walking through wet grass gets my feet wet in 5-10 minutes now. Wouldn't mind salvaging them if I could. Otherwise they will turn into my "desert" hunting boots instead of my "no matter where I'm at" hunting boots.

Im not sure if they can fix it but i would diffently call them and ask. The customer service lady made it sound like as long is the leather isnt shot they could fix any thing.

Love my tibets! I've hunted in danners and cabelas outfitters for the last decade, picked up a pair of tibets last year after taking advice from my uncle, and I'll save up for another pair. They are absolutely waterproof and provide much more ankle support than I anticipated. I wore my tibets for 10 days straight and they stayed dry the entire time in 6 inches of snow in mid 20's/30's degree weather, had it been colder I might have wanted the GTX hunter series for the extra insulation. But when it was time to leave, I put my trusted danners on to break camp they felt like an old pair of gym shoes (and not in a good way)

"How does the replacement process work?
In some cases your fastest and simplest source for replacement may be your local retailer. If that doesn’t work for you, we can help. Once it has been established that a replacement is the best option for you, a conversation occurs between you and your GORE-TEX® consumer service advisor to identify the best replacement products. We will gather the necessary information to help you make the right selection and ensure the replacement’s fitness for use. We seek to replace the item returned with a product of the same or a similar end use. Upon request, the advisor can seek out replacement options for you based on what you have shared with us, the prescribed price, and the end use. You also have the option of getting back to us with a selection you have identified for yourself, based on that same criteria."
