Took this PA longbeard this morning. 9" beard and 1" spurs. Third day of the season here and the weather has been crazy and all other the place.

Got my second PA bird yesterday morning. He was strutting away in a field and almost got away, but the Hevi-shot Magnum Blend did it's job. 9.5 inch beard and 3/4 inch spurs. It's been a tough year and grateful to harvest 2 longbeards.

Thanks BC. Fortunately the fields helped this year with all of the rain. Better yet, my dad got a 4.5" jake on Monday about 300 yards directly across the field from where I harvested the second bird, after being on top of the mountain first thing in the morning for a 30 minute downpour. Needless to say we were soaked, but happy!
