Very similar to this but I add some diced up potato and used beef broth instead of the bullion and water. And obviously use game meat.Got the recipe?

I loaded up some 45 LC rounds with black powder once and only once. I had forgotten just how dirty that stuff can be and how the residue gets all over everything in the pistol. I felt for those gunslingers back in the 1800 when that was all they had to shoot and the cleaning every couple of days to keep the firearm functioning.Just got back from the range after firing off about 100 12 ga black powder loads. Used some bad wads and a lot of the powder got soaked with oil. Now got to clean all the solid brass empties and reload them again using the correct wads.
You are right about that. I have shot some cap & ball revolvers and they really get cruddy!I loaded up some 45 LC rounds with black powder once and only once.
