I love me some Chuckar but have to admit I like the dark meat of the Hungarian Partridge just a little more.

While I like both of these birds, I'm not sure anything can beat a nice n juicy smoked pheasant.

I have to admit that hunting pheasant is about as cool as it gets but I prefer Chukar when it sits on the table.

As much as I love chukar, blue grouse is hands down the best tasting game bird I've ever eaten. I have heard that once the winter hits they start eating pine needles and taste like crap then.
Get into some up around Sweetwater. Always right on the edge of CRP off the milo fields.

Quail look ( and taste) just like small chukar when you get them ready to cook.I prefer quail, mesquite smoked with a side dish of bacon wrapped asparagus

This story beats all.....
This idiot parks next to my sister, goes to his collage class and when he comes out it is smoking inside it so he opens the door and it bursts into flames when it got air and he stood back and watched it burn his car and the car on either side of it to the ground. She said it started from a cigarette butt in the back seat so I was thinking he accidently dropped a cig butt and kinda froze up when it burst into flames and just stood there. Well come to find out this guy regularly throws cig butts in his back seat. And thats not even the bad part, there were papers smoldering in the back seat when he parked and he thought they would go out and left then smoldering and went to class......How stupid can someone be? Im still shaking my head. To make it even worse it was her boyfriends car that she was driving while he was working on hers.

I wonder how he got into collage. Its a university not a community collage anyone can go to. All he was worried about was his wedding invitations burned up so apparently there is someone just as stupid that wants to marry him.... Nothing can fix that stupid!
Just cause there in college doeant mean there smart just means they met the minimum requirements to pay them a bunch of money for nothing. Well maybe she doesn't realize how dumb he is I try to give the benefit of the doubt.
