The deadline is actually 31 Jan but I use New Years as my reminder.

I think NM still has a report you give them online or you don't even get to apply the following year, if I remember correctly from a few years ago when I hunted the Gila.

oregon will fine ya now if you dont report all tags,used or tag soup.an extra $25 fee i think when you apply next time.be sure to report folks.
