NR elk results 28 Feb

Just received this email from game and fish:

"The wait it almost over. The Wyoming non-resident elk license draw results will be available on Feb. 28. Non-resident applicants can check their results on the Wyoming Game and Fish Department website beginning at 10 a.m. on Feb. 28."

I'm guessing that is 10am mountain time??
