It's probably not a surprise but it looks to be off about 20%. I only spot checked a couple of the more limited tags that have been drawn so far. Hardly scientific, but it looks like odds will be better this year for people who were able to stick with it. The down side is that license fees may be increased next year to cover budget shortfalls.
