Next Hunt?

My next open hunting season will be 2016. I'd like to hit Canada or Alaska for moose or caribou. Any suggestions. prefer DIY but I know that's an issue in AK.

I'm for sure heading back for caribou next year or the following for caribou and then for moose.

I've considered doing a DIY float trip for caribou and Moose...

My idea was 3 hunters and find a person who loves the outdoors, can cook, but doesn't hunt, to be the camp cook etc...
