I jumped this Sow the other day in Georgia. Boom....Pig roast!

We where is Fl this last Sept and went on a hog hunt but it rained so bad for a week we didn't get hogs. They had moved to higher ground. Hope to try it again in 2016.

Looks like some good eating right there. That's on my bucket list, wild hog.
Was very good eatin! Nothing like some tenderloin, collards and Mac and cheese to start off the year! Still can't get the wife to eat it so my only competition is my 10 year old son and 13 year old daughter. We have them in every county of the state. Good for hunting them but bad for all the folks farming etc......

I had the same meal as you today, except my pork wasn't the wild version. But man ol man were those collards good! I love greens!

I made almost all of mine into pork sausage. Very tasty! It was a bit tough cooked on the grill so I ground it all. Old girl hardly had any teethe left in her head. Did have 10 little piglets with her though. I bet they would have been good on the spit!
