Hello everyone. I am an outdoors fanatic. I really enjoy all forms of hunting and have been fortunate enough to make a few trips out west to hunt. My kids are getting older and so I am looking to expand my knowledge base on western hunting so I can make great memories with them someday on trips. Look forward to interacting with everyone here. Yes, most definitely people are ice fishing. We fortunately had a early cold snap (like the rest of the country) and made early ice. Saw my first vehicle on the ice yesterday but a bit early for me to be doing that yet. I'd be way too puckered to enjoy the trip.

Welcome JeffO! Just joined recently myself and the people here are awesome. Great site and information.
BTW - I'm from MN as well and ice fishing is going strong up north. Caught 45 walleyes Saturday and 30 last week - both on Upper Red Lake. Must have been 1500 fish houses out there - had our limits by 1:00p.

TadpoleTodd, welcome aboard to you as well and you're absolutely right this is a great site with many helpful folks, hoping to get up to Red Lake for a weekend this winter for sure. I keep trying to other lakes south of there because Red is so dang far from me but I think I'll bite the bullet. Want to get the kids on some good walleye action.
