New to the forum! I'm originally from Colorado but living in Missouri. Been Elk hunting Colorado for the last 15 years, the last 8 from Missouri. Living here I'm starting to get into hunting Whitetails but nothing yet has ever compared to hunting Elk in the high country as far as I'm concerned. Looking forward to the info i can share and all of the mountains of advice there seems to be on here.

Welcome to the forum J.P., It sounds like you have had some great experiences. There are some fine folks on the forum that I'm sure will enjoy sharing stories and info with you. I have relatives in the Montrose/Ridgway area, were you around that area?
