Just got the new issue but I can't look at it. How do use it with a DESKTOP? I don't want to look at my 3.5" smartphone screen. I clicked on the e-mail, clicked on the "desktop viewing click here." It takes me to eastmans site, I have reset the password and logged in. It gives the list of issues but only gives the option to read the feature story or individual MRS section such as Washington elk. If I click any of them, it gives me a preview and tells me to upgrade my subscription or download the apps. I don't need an app for desktop/laptop, right? Please help, only 3 days left for Nevada.

I renewed a while ago and am not sure if I got a digital or hard copy subscription. Is there a way to tell? I got the 2016 MRS gift, but no magazine yet, and this was a couple of months ago. I wanted print, but if I did digital I too am interested in this problem.

I tried to log in and can't. I even reset the password.
Didn't there used to be access to an mrs section with the log-on prior to the "digital sub"?

Login to the website, use the EHJ dropdown, go to features. We have all of 160 up, including the MRS charts. Click on the "View Feature Pictures" button at the bottom of the article and charts will pop up. Right click and save them to print if desired.

I will be on the road today, so will answer questions as I can. Give customer service a call if you have issues resetting your password.

Long story short, the previous third party was never able to fix a few of the previous issues that I agreed with all of you as problems. The biggest being the downloading problems and having to have two apps.

The decision with the photo carousel on desktop also allows you zoom in better, print from any browser, etc. The articles are also mobile friendly from the website, but the App is a much better experience.

Alabama, none of us like change. In fact my biggest fear was making sure all of you would have the access you paid for.

I had to contact customer service, then they did something so once I reset my password again I finally could login.. but now it seems like some days it lets me on sometimes it doesn't...
Are you logging into app or the website?

If it's the app give it a couple seconds after you type your password. Good security protocols won't let users attempt to sign into things too many times. Like how most banks only let you try 5 times before blocking your IP.

I'm struggling to see how this is an improvement. Seems like a giant leap backwards, but then again I don't like change lol.
I'm an old fart and I can say for sure I've never had a problem opening the pages of a real paper Eastman's magazine.

I don't like change for sure but I might come to like it better in the end. I already like that you can zoom into the charts if you save them. Thanks for the help Scott, all my issues seem to be fixed now. It was mostly user error lol. I know you are catching hell right now with the changes being in the middle of app season when people utilize the MRS the most.
