I am trying a new recipe for beef brisket for New Years Day. I smoked it in my smoker for 2 hours this morning. It's now in the refer with a homemade rub. Tomorrow morning it goes into the slow cooker (crock pot) for 8 hours with a small amount of olive oil & BBQ Sauce on it. After the slow cooker, I'll put it on my BBQ at 4oo for about 15 minutes per side to get it really crusty. Slice and enjoy. I'll post how it comes out.
