Need Processor Recommendation for New Mexico Unit 37

Any elk hunters that could recommend a meat processor in the Capitan or Ruidoso, NM area? I am going on an antelope hunt in Unit 37 in early Oct. Thanks.

There is a meat processor in Roswell that is pretty good. Super Meat Mart

We hunted there about 8 years ago. I recall there was not one in Ruidoso and I had to take my son's elk about an hour away (Roswell I believe) only to find they needed two weeks to cut it. It was hard to find a processor in that area so I ended up having to carry the quarters home with us.

Thanks for the information. I will be sure and go prepared to haul antelope quarters home just in case.
