Need help!

Hello everyone,

My name is Allen and I?ll be moving to Fort Collins CO in about 8 months. I?ll be finishing my enlistment in the Marine Corps then going to school in CO. I?m from Virginia where I?ve hunted all my life and I?m trying to grasp how and where I should hunt near Fort Collins. I have no preference points and absolutely no knowledge on where to go. All I really want to do is just shoot a cow, don?t really care about a trophy bull but it would be nice. Thank for your help!

I though everybody in Ft Collins just recreates across the border in Wyoming. At least it seems that way every weekend as I watch the campers go by.

Prolly going to have to work for it to find a place close to town as even walking a couple of miles on a trail won't get you away from women taking dogs for a hike.
