This was the first year in close to five that I was able to hunting with my dad, and close to six since he had drawn an antelope tag. It was an interesting hunt based on the fact that we had a live decoy; we were hunting during the rut so as we were stalking the bigger buck a smaller buck had drawn his attention away from us. As the smaller buck got closer to us to within about 30 yards we turned around and the big buck was only 50 yards away and completely focused on the other buck, and well you can probably figure the rest out.
