Wanted to say thanks to everyone !!!! Ive lived in colorado since 1999 and have killed 10 elk (4 cows an 6 bulls ) all of which were public land and DIY , its what i live for every year, elk season cant come soon enough . I spent every chance i could this spring an summer scouting the area and it payed off wonderfuly i got a great bull and my wife with her first elk as well as her first big game of any kind !!! My wife has a cow tag for the rest of this month an has been hunting hard , she has had some chances but now she has the buck fever!!!! (or elk fever) lol I found over 60 sheds between the elk an the deer as well as a 350 class matched set of elk sheds less than 20 yds apart . Its been a great year !!!!! I didnt realize that what I posted above could be taken the wrong way. My apologies! I did mean to say is the the fronts on your wife's bull looked great.
