Just finished Christmas dinner. My wife fixed a great prime rib. Neighbor gave us a beautiful piece of prime rib roast of a steer he butchered a couple of weeks ago. It was wonderful. We'll be eating prime rib for a week! Only thing better would have been elk loin, but that will have to wait till next year. What a blessed day.
