Got this one on Sunday (opening weekend). Heard him down in the bottom of this draw gobbling early and then nothing. He got quiet. It was cold and it had just stopped raining. Just gave a couple clucks on a slate call and waited. Couple more clucks over about 15 - 20 minutes and he popped up in front of me at about 15 yards. Snuck in on me so quietly that I did not even have my gun ready. Had to try and shoulder it when his head was turned away looking for a hen that was not there. hahaa

Nice birds guys. Keep em coming. I'll try to post my bird tonight. I'm having some serious computer problems at home but I think we figured it out last night.

Here's my Easter Sunday gobbler, Rage 2 blade put the hammer on him at 15 yrds. Not much for spurs but 9 1/4" beard. I'm not a big fan of mechanical broadheads on big game but they are hard to beat on the thunder chickens.

Got this one opening day. Nothing was coming in so walked out of the blind to call up the canyon, didn't hear anything. Walked back and there was 2 big toms heading for the decoys. My first turkey with my bow, 9 1/4" inches
