Am I correct that on the leftover list that the permits listed under the cow/calf tab are the reduced price ones and the antlerless ones under the elk tab are the full price ones?

It'd be nice if they wasn't $300 bucks a pop for NR's I'd buy an extra one!!! Hopefully we can fill the freezer with 3 (2 in Utah) this fall!!
