Sounds reasonable.
How you been BB? I still need to get to Colorado. I had plans a few years back, but wife's cancer changed things. I've been in other states, but it's Colorado time soon. Ha.

I would possibly be interested in 2017 for either deer, or upland hunting. Is there any public ground near by? Thanks

Contacting local outfitters may be good way to get it rented out. I know many of them rent/lease farm houses seasonally to put up clients.
