Jet Boil cook stove

I let a friend use my jet boil and he put the fuel can back inside the pot before everything had dried. The pot now has a rust ring around the bottom. I dont know for sure, but I dont think titanium rusts; i think the rust is from the bottom of the fuel can. I was wondering how to clean the pot without messing up the titanium. Thanks for any info.

Thanks for the welcome! I used a brillo pad and finally got it out. It took a lot more scrubbing than I thought it would.

I like it alot. I have used it for three years and never had a problem with it. I really dont have anything bad to say about it.

I really like the Jet Boil. I've had mine for about 4 years and it's crazy how fast it can boil water.

I really like the Jetboil Flash PCS setup, it packs great and is super light. Boils 16 oz of water in 90 under 2 minutes, at an elevation of around 6000 feet (my kids were timing it during bow season, they thought it was awesome)!

I have the Jetboil SOL. I love it, boils fast, lights easy, light weight and no problems at altitude as long as the fuel stays warmish.

I like my Jet Boil Sol Titanium. Fast boil, light, piezo igniter starts the stove easy. Only thing I'm not fond of is my lid falls off easy after it's all packed. Overall it is a awesome stove though.
