Another buck that I got video of then chased this past year until a friend got him.

This buck is a shooter in any hunters eyes he had the wow factor and I knew he would be close if not over the 200" mark, net, as a typical and close to if not over to the the 30" wide mark. I do have the final numbers on this buck so I will post them up later.

My question to you guys is do you think he over 200" as a net typical? Will he go wider than 30"?

He's a great buck. He looks like he's mid to high 190's. Also I think he'll probably be pushing 29 plus width wise. I'd definitely put my tag on him.

Not even close to 200"........G4's are a bit short for that. He'll net in the upper 180's. Beautiful looking typical!

im guessing with the shorter G-4s, and hes a little thin in the mass department after you strip the velvet, plus really short G-1s he will net right at the 187-189" and he is 28.5 inches wide main frame! We will see how close i got. haha. I would shoot him any day. Damn nice buck.

I'd say that he is under 30" and perhaps closer to 28" as for score 170-180.

It is always tough to judge a buck when they are in velvet. That stuff can make him look like a 200 buck when he doesn't even come close.

But I'd shoot him in a heart beat.

He'd make my record book. It's hard to tell, but I suspect he's closer to 30 than he is to 200. Falling short a bit on both. Would not matter to me as he's a great buck.

Being a much better judge of motives than mule deer, I think that you wouldn't have asked if he wasn't bigger than he looked. So, I say 201 and 30.5. Maybe he grew a little between videos and opening morning!

27-28" outside, 21-22" inside 24" main beams. 30" mass eyeguards too short to measure, he's pretty identical with 62-65" per side puts him 176"-182". He is absolutely beautiful but he's in velvet and they always look bigger then. Eager to here the score

Very close 28-30" outside- based on ear width of 24" he is outside a couple inches either side. Guessing gross score at 192" and net of 184". A shooter- period. Thanks for posting!

I agree with B&C Blacktails. That's what he looks like to me. Nice buck. Sure looks like a giant in the clip with the other bucks. Bet he would look good on the wall too !
