Definitely dont' have a use for $100 shorts but they do look nice.

I'm sure if you are doing lots of mountain hunting where weight is crucial this stuff is really useful.

I used shorts almost every day on my AZ elk hunt last year and will do it again next week here on our opener. I used a real light smartwool base layer for covering my white legs and camo shorts. It worked awesome. I'd buy them in a second if they were half that $100.
