I love Crispi! Can you tell?

I don?t know about you guys but as I age it seems my feet have grown a bit.
Since the first pair of high end boots I?ve used starting with Lowa to now Crispi its seems I?ve had to move up a half size in my boots.
The new addition on the right is the Wild Rock GTX. I?ll start to wear these at work for a few weeks then put them on the shelf for hunting use only. Like the pair on the left my first pair of Crispi boots that have lasted for 8 years these will do the same. The 2 pairs in the middle I wore for work every day and did my feet well but didn?t last as long as I had hoped. But in Crispi defense they are not work boots.

I bought some Nevadas and I love them. They actually did take some time to break in the leather to shape my foot, but the sole was good to go right out of the box. Now that the leather has gotten wet and formed to the shape of my foot better I'm impressed with them. I started with Lowas too and I think the heel is better in the Nevadas. I've kept the stock insole in longer than in the lowas too, but will replace them this year. Only had them a year, but I don't see myself going back to the lowas even though they were a great boot for me.

seems a good argument to buy cheap boots that don't last to long.
Interesting point-

I still tend to gravitate to a better quality boot, but most importantly breaking them in properly. I didn't do that prior to an Elk Hunt several years ago and my feet paid dearly for it.
