Hello everyone! My name is Mason and I come from the plains of western Kansas. I'm a young gun at 21 years old, but blessed that my father took me hunting since the age of 5. I've hunted whitetail and mule deer, upland game, doves, varmints and predators. Like most of you, if I can hunt it and have time, I'll be chasing it! Currently going to Kansas State University studying Wildlife and Outdoor Enterprise Management. Special program geared to the outdoorsy type to help get the foot in the door for any outdoors job. Hunting or fishing guide, park manager, biologist, kayak guide, etc. If its outside, they'll help make it happen basically. I'm taking the hunting guide route and this fall will be guiding for whitetail's back near home with a handful of mule deer, pronghorn, and upland hunts on top of that!
I'm looking to start venturing out of the home state and taking advantage of my youth and get some hunts under my belt. Elk are on top of my list for this fall. Rifle and muzzleloader are the primary weapons, but archery always gets my attention and can be fun from what I've experienced! Hopefully one day with a lot of luck or a lot of money I'll have a sheep grand slam sitting in the man cave!
