the plain truth is the vast majority of those who died from covid , while tragic , very likely were gonna die anyhow , from most any bug they might have caught . wether it be flu or even just a common cold.

I would like to see the total U.S. death numbers for this year compared to ................. let's say the past 5 years or so.
how many deaths from violence? auto colliions? simple accidents?...................?............................?............................?
be curious to see how they compare. but it is a safe bet you will never see such a report from fake news! that would require some actual digging for truth.

it is not the function of government to provide it's citizens all they need.
the first and foremost function /purpose of any government in a free society is to protect it's citizens from those who would steal what they already have .

I do not need or want paltry government handouts .

Sorry I don't agree. Business's are closed and people are out of work not by their own choosing. How is a chef or waiter supposed to get a job when all the eateries are closed? Maybe we shouldn't just give the $$$ to them, maybe a loan? But something needs to be done. Just look at the unemployment numbers, which are going up every week. This stuff snowballs.

Some of can help for sure, in fact lots are helping. My wife and I donated the last $$$ we received to a local food bank and Navajo assistance.

if no jobs available in their profession , find a new profession . if no jobs in your area go where there are jobs available .

I’m not sure if the vaccine was created before the virus was released from China, however we do know for a fact that Pfizer withheld the vaccine release until after the election for several long weeks. This was actually in print and verified. I think this company should be held liable by the families of those who suffered and those families should reap the reward.

The demand for goods is higher than i have ever seen it, yet the supply for goods is the worse i have ever seen it. it is truly a roller coaster year, with no real end in sight, the world will not be cured over night with the vaccinne. it will take time to distribute, ect.

The truly hard part for this business owner who has a degree in economics is: This was a government caused recession. Should the government be responsible for getting us out of this recession or should it be up the people? We are not a manufacturing economy but a consumption economy. I don't know the answers but i do know if you are not in the military, no president has ever dictated your quality of life, you do. Presidents come and go, you don't. People need to stop worrying about who is president and worry about there own lifes.

I very well may have had it back in Oct; 2 neg COVID tests, plus a pile of other negative tests and one scary night in the hospital-thought I was having a stroke; ran fever and excruciating headache for nearly 10 days; needed all kinds of doctor notes to be allowed back to work once it passed. 2 false negs? Unlikely with 2 different tests; but I had something-no one denies that. Only the 2nd time in my life I've been hospitalized.

Would like to see what an antigen test yields on me? if I had it, may think twice about the vax; unless work makes me get it...

I will be the first to admit, I don't like that pin, but she is a lady that is good at what she does and is a damn good person, with different politics than mine. She is not my enemy, Far from it. Seems every one of the swamp creatures has been doing everything possible to make political hay out of this virus. The pandering on both sides and pork in this spending bill are disgusting.
I do not believe in any virus/vaccine conspiracy, I think it will likely go down as one of medical sciences greatest triumphs on putting this out so quickly - and a huge accomplishment for the President who was pushing hard for it all year but I don’t expect him to get much credit.
