montana, go to the forum actions tab right under where it says SHOP @ EASTMANS. Then go to edit profile and go to the avatar link and you can add whatever pic you want from your computer.

if you want to attach a pic to one of your threads then on the quick reply click on the GO ADVANCED tab and you can attach your pics there, sometimes you have to resize them to attach if the files too big.
