Help with our 2015 WY Antelope plan

I called the Gillette chamber of commerce and 5 minutes later I had a very large list of ranchers. Most all charge 400 dollars a buck. Good luck

A lot around Laramie were up to $500 3 years ago when I was looking at ranches for my son... Crazy but supply and demand I guess.

You have to take into account Gilletteflation. Take what you expect things to cost and double it for Gillette and you are probably close.

My brother is trying to get a leftover tag in 109 Sheridan... Were you eventually successful in finding a landowner that gave you permission without charging an arm and leg? I am going to have him call the town tomorrow.

Most around Gillette were $400 when I called down the list... One guy was $800!
I said, "oh cool for the 4 of us?!?" He said nope, $800 per gun

$800 for an Antelope buck? Well, I've seen the days when the rancher said, go ahead boys but close the gates behind you. These days I see $3,500 Bull Elk and $1,500-$2,500 Deer....too rich for my blood. I'm an old DIY public land hunter, and I sure hope it stays that way for awhile.
