Harvest Reports

I just to see if I am reading these harvest reports correctly for antelope in WY.

At the top is has the number broken down by the different types of tags. The success of rates in the corresponding rows are much lower that the rows in the pooled non resident. So which success rate should I be looking at?

I would be looking at the total success rate of the tag your interested in.

Many factors could be in play on the success rates. Guided, private access, and etc. so I would be concerned of the over all success rate of an area than res/nonres

Nonresident rates are generally higher, which is probably due to a variety of factors. Residents don't tend to mind as much not harvesting an animal since they generally have less invested.
