They were delisted this summer. Wyoming Game and Fish has scheduled a series of meetings to get input on a potential hunting season:

What worries me is that more people are likely to protect themselves with the delisting(which I am always in favor of). However, it does give the antis ammo to use. Just read a piece this morning saying that was pretty much the case.
