Can I turn in a tag and get my points back in NV?

I am fairly certain you can, and that you have to forfeit the price of the tag to do that.

As of last year you still could. If its a medical type reason you will recieve your bonus points back, recieve your tag fee back plus gain your point as if you didnt draw. Most other, you retain your points, get a point as if you didnt draw but you forfeit your tag fee. Thats how its been the last couple of years but be sure to check the application guide when it comes out to make sure nothing has changed.
