I doubt it, they are still a bunch of bureaucrats that think that their way is better. We have one near me that hates ATV's and loves bikes, including E bikes. He loves shutting down roads and turning them into bike trails.

Same situation down here in SW Co. There is a lot of internal back biting between the Forest Service and the BLM. They are always competing to see who's in charge.

Yeah, decentralization is a good thing IMO. We will see how this work though, they have 2 years to get this done.

When the BLM headquarters was moved to Grand Junction Colorado I didn't notice a thing, but I have no idea if Biden moved them back to DC.
