Well, I received my renewal for my ATV the other day and when I went to renew the registration it bombed out. Once I signed into my account it told me that I had nothing to register.

Luckily there is a phone number on the back of the renewal card that you can call and get a customer service rep to take care of the problem. I have talked to 3 other owners and 2 of them have the same problem that I had.

So if you like to put it off until the last minute you might want to reconsider and get it taken care of just encase you run into the same problem that I did.

Haven’t even heard a busy signal for a couple of years !!

That's the problem, some have trouble and some don't.

It is a lot like when they went to this new system where you needed to set up a account with them. I found that for some reason they had issued me two different CC numbers which didn't allow me to create a account. I had to call them and then 15 or so minutes later I was fine. It didn't affect every one but it did affect quite a few.

I got through on the phone today and renewed my ATV registration.
The lady on the phone was very helpful, but she expressed her frustration with the computer registration system and how many problems it's causing everyone.
So don't wait until the last minute if you need to renew yours.
