Flood of historical records happening now. Keep the people in its path in your prayers. I live in Dardanelle, AR and level is expected to top 45.5 feet. The highest ever recorded was 44.1. My home is not in danger, but many are. It will shut down many road ways including I-40. I work across the river in Russellville and expect Hwy 7 to shut down anytime now. Debating on going home. All this water is not from local rain fall, but the rains to the West mostly Oklahoma.

We'll keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
As well as those affected by the tornadoes and flooding elsewhere.

Yeah, this is no good. My wife's hometown is currently being evacuated several of her family members have already flooded out, and the river hasnt even crested yet. The river is expected to crest 2 feet higher than it did in 1993. The 93 flood effectively destroyed her hometown. Not sure it'll be able to recover from this one.

This is a disaster.

As a former okie who owned a marine construction business on Grand Lake I can imagine what this is like and that's not even the Arkansas. All those feed lots, poultry, pig, etc operations manure lagoons overflowing contaminating everything in the area. Trailer houses being washed or blown away. Just a complete mess.

This is the new normal. Next up is the west burning out of control for a few months. California will be both flooding and on fire in the same area. The weather just seems to be getting more extreme.

But I won't complain about the 6 inches of snow we got last night in Laramie.

I live very close to the Arkansas river here in Kansas. Between us and Oklahoma, ya'll are about to get a bunch of water. We are supposed to crest here towards the end of the week. Lots of flooding here, so ya'll be safe down there when the rest of the water gets to yall!

Several business that built on 100 year flood levels between Dardanelle and Russellville are now 1 to 2 feet under water. There is another 4 feet or more on the way. At least they had a chance to move as much as possible. I know the John Deere dealer is going to wish they had moved everything.
